How do I cancel an order?
|

Orders cannot be cancelled once the checkout process has been completed. Due to our
commitment to process our orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our
warehouse is immediately notified of the order for shipment. We regret any
inconvenience that this may cause you.

Are credit card transactions safe?

Yes!! In fact, it is safer to use your credit card over the internet that in a department
store. DTM servers use secure socket layer and encrypt our customer's personal information
so only DTM has access.

Why would my credit card be declined if there are sufficient funds in my account?
|

In order for DTM to protect our customers from fraudulent transactions, the billing and
shipping address with your credit card company must match. If the billing address on
your DTM account differs from your bank's records, you could be declined. Please
verify that your account information is current and correct with your credit card company
to ensure that they have your most up-to-date information.

We do not accept personal checks. We do accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We
also accept money orders.

Why would an item be out of stock when it still appears on you site?
|
|
Because of the great number of items that we offer, many of our products sell out very
quickly. It is difficult to asses the amount of products that we have in hand to the amount
of orders that we take. In many cases we may have to wait several weeks for products such
as Lemax because they are shipped from China by boat.

Do you ever restock items that are sold out?
|

Yes, we do restock items. However, because of how quickly some of our items sell out,
we recommend that you take immediate advantage of our great inventory and place your
order immediately.

Does DTM charge sales tax?
|
|
State laws require that internet retailers collect sales tax in the states where they are
residents. DTM currently resides in the state of California. California is subject to
7.25% sales tax.
